About SparkIL
SparkIL is a joint initiative of The Jewish Agency for Israel and The Ogen Group that serves all citizens of Israel. Our aim is to expand access to financial resources by providing interest-free micro-loans to Israeli business owners.
The power of SparkIL. Connecting a global community of lenders and local borrowers.
SparkIL is a non-profit peer-to-peer lending platform committed to supporting small businesses in Israel through interest-free loans. Our microloan borrowers often come from, or employ, marginalized social groups, and face challenges receiving the financial support needed from traditional financial institutions. These loans are often the stepping stones for these businesses to grow and succeed.
SparkIL electronic gift card - give a gift that helps make a difference!
When you gift a SparkIL electronic gift card, you empower the recipient to choose a small business they want to support. Your thoughtful gift enables them to make a direct impact, helping their selected business enhance and grow. By facilitating this personal connection, your generosity has the power to change lives and make a tangible impact on Israel’s economy.
Who can you surprise with a gift card?
If there’s someone in your life you’d like to give a meaningful gift to, consider purchasing an electronic gift card. This allows them to select and support a small Israeli business owner who needs help.
The gift is given in the form of an interest-free loan, and once the loan is repaid, the recipient of the gift card can “re-lend” their gift by selecting another business to support.
