On June 16, 2026, a meaningful collaboration took place between Investing.com and SparkIL, bringing together employees and leadership around a shared question: how can corporate responsibility create a more personal and lasting connection to Israel and its entrepreneurs?
Investing.com is a global financial markets platform that provides real-time data, charts, news, and analysis across a wide range of asset classes, including stocks, currencies, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. It is used by millions of investors, traders, and professionals worldwide who rely on its tools to better understand and navigate the financial markets. Beyond its role as a financial data provider, the company also represents a growing segment of globally connected tech organizations that are increasingly engaging with social impact initiatives.
At the heart of this collaboration was a CSR program designed and facilitated with SparkIL. CSR, or Corporate Social Responsibility, refers to the way companies choose to engage with and contribute to society beyond their core business activities. In recent years, CSR has evolved from occasional philanthropy into a more integrated approach to corporate identity, one that connects employees to meaningful causes and encourages active participation rather than passive donation. In Israel, this shift is becoming increasingly visible as companies look for ways to ground global organizations in local impact, especially through initiatives that strengthen small businesses and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
During the session, SparkIL CEO Na’ama Ore joined Investing.com employees to discuss how corporate responsibility can move beyond abstract values and become a lived experience. Employees were not only introduced to the concept of supporting small businesses, but were also given the opportunity to participate directly. Through the program, Investing.com allocated company-funded capital that each employee could direct to an Israeli entrepreneur of their choice. Participants received personal access to SparkIL’s platform, explored real businesses, and made individual decisions about where their support would go. As these interest-free loans are repaid, the funds are recycled and used again to support additional entrepreneurs, creating a continuous cycle of impact rather than a one-time contribution.
What made the experience particularly powerful was its personal dimension. Instead of CSR being delivered as a top-down initiative, it became something employees could actively shape. The connection to Israeli entrepreneurs was not theoretical; it was built through real stories, real needs, and real decisions. As part of the broader engagement, Investing.com also chose to incorporate SparkIL-supported entrepreneurship into the experience itself by sourcing catering from a small business that had received support through the platform, reinforcing the idea that impact and daily life can intersect in tangible ways.
Reflecting on the initiative, Na’ama Ore shared: “When employees are given the opportunity to directly support entrepreneurs, CSR becomes something deeply personal. It moves from a corporate framework into a human connection—one built on trust, responsibility, and shared investment in Israel’s future.”
This collaboration also reflects a broader trend emerging across Israel’s corporate landscape. CSR is increasingly being understood not only as a responsibility but as an opportunity—one that allows companies to engage employees in purpose-driven experiences that strengthen both organizational culture and societal resilience. More organizations are now exploring how employee-driven impact programs can create deeper engagement while directly supporting Israeli entrepreneurs and small businesses at the ground level.
SparkIL would like to extend a sincere thank you to Shani Naor and the Human Resources team at Investing.com, as well as to Anat Dimant-Shlomi, Sharon Benlolo (Mazliah), and Mor Abras, for their partnership and dedication in bringing this initiative to life. Their leadership and collaboration were essential in shaping a meaningful and well-executed employee experience.
SparkIL’s work with companies such as Fiverr and now Investing.com signals growing momentum for this model of shared responsibility, where employees become active participants in shaping economic and social impact rather than distant observers.
Looking ahead, SparkIL is actively seeking additional companies interested in joining this expanding circle of engagement. These partnerships offer a unique opportunity: to connect employees to meaningful action, to strengthen Israeli entrepreneurship, and to turn corporate responsibility into something both measurable and deeply human.
