My story

My name is Adi, and I live in Moshav Tal Shahar. I am deeply connected to the world of creation, sustainable fashion, and people. My journey began out of a genuine passion for conscious consuming and the understanding that vintage garments are the most powerful way to convey warmth, personal style, and eco-friendly practices to families nationwide. Married and a proud mother of four, including two children serving in meaningful combat roles, I chose to reshape my destiny. Following a rich, thirty-year corporate career as a Senior HR Executive in major global software firms and startups, holding degrees from Ben-Gurion University and Tel Aviv University, I chose to translate my extensive background into a thriving independent profession by founding ‘my business’, “ReVibe”. With my own two hands, I built my family and my venture to offer high-quality secondhand pieces, unique vintage apparel, and local artist creations under one roof. Today, we provide high-quality educational and celebratory shopping environments, turning our retail space into a safe harbor of pure joy and environmental awareness.

Micro lending, Macro Impact

The loan will help me purchase professional inventory and upgrade our storefront infrastructure and enrichment materials, allowing me to improve the business's operational capacity and expand our activity. For me, this is not just a technical investment, but a practical step toward breaking forward systematically, fully renovating a rented 110-square-meter facility that previously functioned as a youth club, establishing advanced inventory tracking software, and creating real, sustainable growth for a business built with my own two hands from the ground up to reduce waste and boost the regional economy.

My business - My spark

What makes my business unique is that this secondhand boutique is not just a workplace for me - it is my life's core mission. The empathy and sensitivity I bring to my work give me the emotional depth to truly see every client, connect with their hearts, and provide them with a custom-made experience that builds confidence and structural balance. Located in Kibbutz Hulda, our brand bridges a commercial enterprise with active social and environmental impact through an innovative store-credit model that rewards recycling and circular textile paths. Over the past eight years, I have successfully initiated local craft fairs and cultivated an active community of hundreds of eco-conscious followers. Alongside the deep emotional bond we share with our supporters, the company offers an optimized, highly professional operational solution for individuals, collectors, and families who require a structured, reliable, and deeply enriching retail program that engages visitors through pure joy.

A few more words

Supporting me means supporting an independent entrepreneur who turned a personal ecological vision into a powerful source of light, imagination, and healing for local communities. It strengthens not only a small business, but also the ability to keep creating, growing, and fulfilling a lifelong mission: to make every client and community visitor happy, confident, and filled with belief in themselves. Thank you.
