Chanoch, an IDF Haredi for Electric and Renovation Service
Chanoch is a small business owner from Ashdod in electrical and renovation services, a Haredi reservist, and a father of six who supports his family through skilled, reliable, and dedicated work.
My story
Chanoch Diskind from Ashdod founded his business in 2019 with the goal of providing a professional, safe, and comprehensive solution in electrical work and renovations. His business offers a range of services, including electrical work, renovations, drywall, painting, and finishing, all delivered with professionalism, responsibility, and personal care. Chanoch and his wife are raising six children in Ashdod, and the business is the family’s main source of income. During the war, Chanoch served more than 600 days in reserve duty in the Israeli Navy, which placed additional strain on both the business and the household. Despite these challenges, he continues to work, provide for his family, and grow the business with faith, determination, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Micro lending, Macro Impact
The loan will help Chanoch purchase a dedicated work vehicle and invest in marketing, allowing him to travel more efficiently between jobs, transport tools and materials, and expand the business. For him, this funding is an important step toward financial stability, business growth, and protecting his family’s livelihood during a challenging time.
My business - My spark
What makes Chanoch’s business unique is the combination of certified electrical work and renovation services under one roof. His clients receive broad, dependable, and professional service from one person who can manage a project from start to finish. His technical experience, precision, and deep commitment to every job allow him to provide careful, safe, and trustworthy service with a personal approach.
A few more words
Supporting Chanoch means supporting an independent business owner from Ashdod, a reservist, a member of the Haredi community, and a father of a large family who is working hard to keep both his home and business going. It is an opportunity to strengthen an Israeli family choosing to move forward with responsibility, faith, and perseverance. Thank you.
