My story

My name is Chen, I am 34 years old from Hod Hasharon, married to Dan, and a lighting artist at heart. In my studio, I explore the connection between material and light, striving to breathe life into the legacy of thinkers and leaders who shaped humanity. My creation is a precise blend of traditional handicrafts such as glassblowing and weaving with innovative technologies like laser cutting and 3D printing. Beyond art, I am a vegan who believes in compassion as a significant force in the world, and I volunteer weekly at “Keren Or,” a rehabilitative farm for animals that also provides a healing space for people dealing with post-trauma and other challenges. For me, bringing light into the world is a daily mission expressed through both art and simple human connection.
