My story

We are Idan Yitzhak and Ella Dagan, residents of the Gaza Envelope. We felt a deep calling to open a place where people could find joy, so we opened our pizza bar. This loan will help us improve and expand our reach.

Micro lending, Macro Impact

After five years of working together in the city, we decided to start a new business, specifically in Sderot, especially after the challenging period we've been through. The loan will help us upgrade the place, renovate, and invest in marketing and advertising to expand our customer base. We also want to create a cultural project that will bring performances, lectures, and themed evenings.

“Resek” is our way of contributing to Sderot, offering delicious pizza and drinks with a sense of community. After years of working together in another business, we decided to open this pizza bar as a way to share joy and warmth with the people of Sderot. We’re proud to offer a place where people can come together, relax, and enjoy life again.
