My story

My name is Eyal Or, I am 47 years old, married to Omer and father of four. I am a tech consultant and an entrepreneur at heart, active for the past decade in accompanying companies and startups in the development of smart products (IoT). Until the war, we lived in Kibbutz Snir on the Lebanese border, but with the outbreak of the conflict, we were evacuated from our home. Together with my four children, we moved between seven different apartments in search of stability until we settled in Karkur. The move from the North to the Center led to a drastic 50% increase in housing costs and the cost of living, which created a complex cash flow challenge. Despite the upheaval, I remain optimistic and see the situation as an opportunity to rebuild while continuing to provide uncompromising service to my clients out of a belief in hard work and quality.

The added value I bring to the business lies in the combination of deep experience in product development and broad strategic business understanding. My uniqueness is the ability to connect high tech to the needs of traditional industry companies and help them develop solutions that solve real world problems. Alongside my consulting work, I devote my nights to developing a social tech venture for managing family screen time. My goal is to fight the "screen epidemic" and help families reconnect with one another. The values that lead me are building long term relationships based on trust and results out of a deep social commitment.
