My journey began as a teacher for youth-at-risk, later leading organizational processes across the Eshkol Regional Council. Following October 7th, I helped establish the temporary school at Kibbutz Gvolot and led the council’s headquarters for hostages and their families. Building on over two decades of guiding individuals through severe crisis and growth, I founded “In Your Way” (B’Derech Shelach) to turn financial management into a safe harbor of pure clarity, emotional stability, and lasting confidence for every client.
