My story

My name is Hadas, and I live in Mishmar HaShiva. I am deeply connected to the world of creation, ceramic art, and people. My journey began out of a genuine passion for studio pottery and the understanding that handmade craft is the most powerful way to convey warmth, personal grounding, and a sense of capability to women nationwide. Married to Niv and a proud mother of young children, I chose to reshape my destiny. Turning a rich background that spans years in the corporate, rational work environment and profound fine arts studies at the prestigious Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design into a thriving independent profession, I founded ‘my business’, “Ma’ase Yadeha”. With my own two hands, I built my venture from scratch, specializing in professional wheel throwing, clay formulation, and boutique artistic mentoring. Today, we provide high-quality educational and celebratory artistic environments, turning our pottery workspace into a safe harbor of pure joy and absolute creative expression.

Micro lending, Macro Impact

The loan will help me purchase professional studio assets and upgrade our physical infrastructure and enrichment materials, allowing me to improve the business's operational capacity and expand our activity. For me, this is not just a technical investment, but a practical step toward breaking forward systematically, transforming an empty venue into a fully functional workspace with tailored electrical and plumbing systems, acquiring specialized pottery wheels and a heavy-duty kiln, and creating real, sustainable growth for a business built with my own two hands from the ground up to establish a thriving creative ecosystem.

My business - My spark

What makes my business unique is that this professional pottery studio is not just a workplace for me - it is my life's core mission. The empathy and sensitivity I bring to my work give me the emotional depth to truly see every student, connect with their hearts, and provide them with a custom-made experience that builds confidence and technical proficiency. Operating in small, intimate groups with dedicated open-practice hours, the studio serves as a warm haven where women can pause the race of daily life, explore the balance between control and release, and embrace mistakes as growth. Alongside the deep emotional bond established with the creators who fill our space, the company offers an optimized, highly professional operational solution for individuals and local organizations who require a structured, reliable, and deeply enriching artistic program that engages participants through pure joy and shared belonging.

A few more words

Supporting me means supporting an independent entrepreneur who turned a personal artistic vision into a powerful source of light, imagination, and healing for women and local communities. It strengthens not only a small business, but also the ability to keep creating, growing, and fulfilling a lifelong mission: to make every client and community member happy, confident, and filled with belief in themselves. Thank you.
