My story

My name is Kirill Karnaukhov. I was born in Russia, my wife was born in Ukraine, and we made Aliyah in 2004. We live in Ashdod with our son. I studied land surveying in Moscow at the same university my grandfather attended, 60 years ago. After moving to Israel, I completed the required exams and became a licensed surveyor. My wife is a true partner in the business, and I’m deeply grateful for her support.

After two challenging years, I’m ready to take the next step forward. This loan will allow me to purchase additional surveying equipment and hire an employee to help manage the growing workload. These investments will expand my capacity, improve response times, attract new clients, and support steady, responsible growth in the construction sector.

My business - My spark

I founded my land surveying business in 2012 and provide services for every stage of construction, from initial site measurements to final surveys after completion. I work with construction companies, architects, and developers on large projects, as well as private clients on home renovations, safe room additions, and smaller builds. Every project I take on is handled with precision, transparency, and reliability.

When I made Aliyah, I dreamed of building something of my own with my own hands. Over the years, my business earned a reputation for professionalism and trust in the construction field. The past two years were especially demanding, and I worked hard to support my family.
