We’re Nofar and Liel Sasson, partners in life and in chocolate. Nofar served over 200 days in IDF reserve duty while Liel kept our chocolate business running. Now we’re back and ready to make sweet things happen again.

Over the past two years, Nofar has spent more than 200 days on IDF reserve duty. During that time, Liel kept our small chocolate business going almost entirely on her own, and production slowed significantly. With this loan, we’ll purchase new equipment to streamline nut processing, develop a fresh product line, and recover from two challenging years of limited growth.

My business - My spark

Looly Chocolate is our family business, born from our love of flavor, land, and community. We handcraft every piece using nut and seed butters, with a special focus on locally grown Israeli ingredients. Every step, from roasting to filling, is done in-house. Our signature “Spoken Chocolate” line blends rich flavors with original Israeli-inspired design.
