I began my profession as a site manager in large projects where I managed contractors and supervised execution, quality and safety. This experience gave me a deep understanding of construction processes, common defects and the importance of control and supervision at every stage. In January 2023 I established an independent business specializing in engineering supervision quality control and home inspections for new and second hand apartments. My service includes locating defects, checking compliance with standards and providing professional guidance against contractors with an emphasis on thorough work without compromise. My clients are mostly families and young couples for whom this is the largest financial transaction of their lives and therefore my responsibility towards them is particularly high. I see my business as a professional mission to protect my clients from mistakes and future expenses while providing them with peace of mind in a significant decision.
