My name is Rafi, and I live in Bat Yam. I am deeply connected to the world of creation, financial engineering, and people. As one of the original pioneers of Israel’s mortgage consulting industry nearly 19 years ago, I entered the field when the profession barely existed. The beginning was incredibly tough; banking systems fiercely resisted independent consultants who fought to ensure borrowers secured the best products and terms available. Undeterred, I blazed a trail for a generation of new consultants, helped found the official Israel Mortgage Consultants Association, and am currently driving the ongoing legislative regulation of the profession. After years of leading consulting departments for external firms, I stepped out to establish ‘my business’ independently, where we provide high-quality educational and celebratory consulting environments, turning long-term real estate acquisition into a safe harbor of pure joy.
