My story

Our names are Sasha and Uri, and we operate a boutique winery in the Aloni Yitzhak youth village. We are deeply connected to the world of creation, viticulture, and the Israeli land. Our journey began out of a genuine passion for local wine that suits the unique Israeli climate. Uri is a sixth-generation vine grower, raised on the values of agriculture and the soil, bringing generations of experience in vineyard management. Sasha immigrated to Israel in 2000 from Russia out of Zionism and love for the country; as the son of a farmer, he carries a deep, lifelong connection to the earth and the world of wine. Together, we chose to reshape our destiny, turning our shared passion into a thriving independent profession. With our own two hands, we built our business with an educational agenda that integrates local youth into the vineyards and the winemaking process. Today, we provide high-quality educational and celebratory environments, turning our winery into a safe harbor of pure joy.
