My story

My name is Vannessa, I am 39 years old from Gan HaShomron and a mother to a ten year old boy. My professional journey has undergone fascinating transformations that reflect my personal growth. I began my career in human resources recruitment, successfully managing an independent business, but over time I felt something was missing. I searched for depth and a genuine connection to people. The COVID period was a forced turning point for me that pushed me to close my office and return to my roots: the world of body and movement. For the past six years, I have deepened my studies in Yoga, Pilates, and sports, and began teaching privately and in various studios. Today, I am on the verge of another breakthrough, wanting to integrate the field of therapy and establish a clinic that will help people connect to themselves through a language of movement, breath, and touch. My business is a mirror of my life, built out of a passion to give others the gifts I discovered within myself.
