Chen the Civil Engineer
I’m Chen, a civil engineer from Rosh HaAyin. After serving over 300 reserve days, I need support to hire staff and expand my business.
My story
My name is Chen, 37, a husband and father of three from Rosh HaAyin. I studied civil engineering at Ben Gurion University and fell in love with the field. Since October 7, I’ve served over 300 reserve days in the Armored Corps, which deeply affected my ability to run my business. I’m driven by transparency, fairness, and responsibility, values I bring both to my work and to my service.
Micro lending, Macro Impact
After an extended period of active reserve duty and hundreds of days away from home, I’m rebuilding my business step by step. This loan will help me hire a full-time employee, manage the workload, and invest in marketing to bring in new clients. It will allow me to stabilize the business, expand operations, and strengthen my long-term growth, supporting both my family and Israel’s development.
My business - My spark
My business provides a full range of civil engineering services: consulting, planning, project pricing, supervision, legal expert reports, and more. I work with contractors, residents, municipalities, and developers across many areas, from home inspections to large urban renewal projects. With over a decade of experience, I approach every project as a partnership built on fairness and professionalism.
A few more words
I’m Chen, a husband, a father, and a proud reservist who believes deeply in service, integrity, and building a stronger Israel. Returning to my business after long reserve duty is not simple, but it is meaningful. Thank you for standing with a small Israeli business that creates real impact.
